I didn't know this today but apparently IE hosts CLR as well - thus it's
inclusion on the browser string.

Unsure on GIS (though that could be a 'custom build' from IE
Administrator's Kit), but .NET CLR is the Microsoft .NET Common Language
Runtime - 1.1 which is used by, amongst other things, Visual Studio 2003
created apps, though this is admittedly simplified).
