A quick netcraft search pointed me to this: http://planetlab1.nbgisp.com/
Another google search shows that all the IPs seem to be
planetlab-related (I think this is connected to coral caches or
something).

Specific nodes (there are a lot more from the IP ranges that you posted):

planetlab3.nbgisp.com has address 63.64.153.84
planetlab1.atcorp.com has address 216.185.202.121
sjtu1.6planetlab.edu.cn has address 219.243.200.33
planetlab-1.amst.nodes.planet-lab.org has address 213.19.160.194
