[thelist] IE7 on a corporate machine

Hi all,

I'm wanting to install IE7 for testing our site - I have an official MS IE7 CD handed out at a conference last week. 

This is a work machine, in a large organisation and I don't want to lose IE6 and have to spend hours fluffing with an IE7 build which munges my machine - my boss will hate me.

Any one out there had experience testing with IE7 on an XP Pro OS? Is it pretty stable, or is this a 'run at your own risk' procedure?
