[thelist] Manual scrolling

Hi all
Can anyone point me in the direction of a simple manual vertical scrolling
script that I can position myself.
I tried downloadin the Tigra one but it fails to decompress, and I can¹t
find any others that are not automatic and that are simple enough to use. I
don¹t want fancy arrows, just ordinary scrolling arrows.
