If I may make a suggestion, since quite a few questions that come across 
thelist are CSS related maybe we could make use of the existing css-d wiki 
by simply linking answers to the relevant pages over there.

Like:

How can I get my box to have rounded corners?

Might help get the ball rolling on the whole idea.
