MDBs only work if you have Access installed on the computer.

Access 2000 Developer Edition came with an unrestricted Access
runtime that allows developers to put solutions on clients' machines
without additional license.

Sorry, Chris.  My copy isn't for sale.  But you might be able to
find someone with a copy who'll build an install disk for you with-
out selling you their Developer Edition.
