Thanks Phil! I will check that out. Is it sad to say that I haven't used
Access much? I've been blessed by having two MS SQL servers in-house (dev
and production)!

This looks fine. I find it useful to draw the tables and the relationships.
MS Access relationships page is useful for designing your db, even if you're
not using Access.
I would keep a single table for the services and add a bridging association
table.
