If you're willing to part with the money I find Navicat[0] to be an
excellent choice

Subject: [thelist] MySQLFront Alternative for Database GUI

I've been trying MySQLFront for the past few weeks and now have run out of
time on the DEMO. I went over the MySQLFront site to purchase a license and
noticed that the name had changed to SQLFront, and that the original
development team has left the project. Before I purchase a license, I
though I'd check with [theList] to see if any had a better suggestion.

I am new to databases in general, and fairly new to PHP, so I need something
easy to use for a db newbie. I've tried PHPMyAdmin, but prefer a more GUI
based approach like MySQLFront.

MySQLFront Site:
http://www.sqlfront.com/

I'd really like a Mac/PC compatible solution so I can work from home and in
the office (I use a Mac at home) but if it is PC only that is OK - I also
have a testing PC at home I can use if I have to; or I can use two differnet
apps. - one for Windows (work) and one for Mac OS X (home).

Thanks,
