The microsoft public newsgroups are a good place to ask Office
questions. There a VBA group and a forms group for Outlook. E.g.

http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/default.mspx?dg=microsoft.public.outlook.program_vba&lang=en&cr=US

Cheers
Ken
