[thelist] hover.htc for IE

Thanks, Iris, I think I have the htc file in a scripts directory.  I'll give
it a try.  I got tired of the headache so I'm going to use Suckerfish
instead but it really bugs me so I'm going to keep tinkering with the
whatever:hover thing to see find out what I've done wrong.
