It's also a good idea to sign up with a Google sitemaps account
http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps
(you don't even have to upload the XML sitemap of your site) because there
is a page on that links to 6 useful queries (so you will never forget the
format of them):

cache:     The current cache of your site     cache:www.example.org
