[thelist] SpamAssassin Comments Needed

I know on my server and its 5 domains that SpamAssassin and clamav
will cause slowness and chew up resources if its running, so it doesnt
surprise me that they need that ratio, esp if they are thrown SA on
some cheap hardware.
