[thelist] SLOC counter and obfuscating tool for javascript

Hi,

Does anybody know about any SLOC (source lines of code) counter utility 
for javascript?
Counting lines of code from HTML, CSS and PHP would be a plus.

And what about a reliable free obfuscating tool, that doesn't interfere 
with code readability by browsers?
