Yes it is :)

However it uses a 100% wide frame for main content. and a 0 width frame for
the proxy to server.
That's just like not using frames at all (or not using them in the
traditional way (as a navigation bar or an embedded content in the middle of
the page etc.)

The bottom frame (0-width) is full of script elements (around 30 or so) and
a copyright notice at the bottom
