[thelist] Anchor tags in FF not working

They aren't working in FF 2.0 (Win2k).

You are linking from <a href="#1">Alabama</a> to <a name="1"><p class=
"locationHeader">Alabama</p></a> but your destination code would be smaller
and more current if you used the destination of <p class="locationHeader"
id="1">Alabama</p></a> instead.

It should work but every link in the list of states is taking me to the
first one instead of the specific one.
