I don't think that there is a problem where (using Kimberly's example) a
real estate site has multiple sites (one for each realtor) that each link to
the main site: this is legimate. Some software sites use the same type of
strategy whereby ABC Software creates various software such as SoftA, SoftB,
SoftC, etc. and each one has their own site (SoftA.com, SoftA.net) with
links to the ABC Software company. But, this is a far cry from creating 80
link farm-like sites.
