Call me slow, but I don't get it. So it knows when a user makes a direct request for a css file, as opposed to when the browser requests it as part of the page (possibly due to the referer)? And then it puts a header and a bunch of carriage returns into the file before serving it up anyway?

Thought that was a funny way to approach CSS obfuscation.
