I don't like the serif typefaces, nor the enlargement of words for emphasis.
Try using bullet points and sans serif, there is a Web Pro typeface that's
nice for sites.

One of the first things I look for in an unfamiliar site is who the heck
these guys are and what their credentials are. I really dislike general
statements like "we've been in web development for a combined 50 years" or
any other non-specifics.

You are violating web norms with Company Background instead of About Us in
top navbar, with an About Us at the bottom.

Again, I am trying to find out the names and credentials of those involved,
and the Company Background, About Us, and Contact Us pages have zero info,
thus the site has no credibility.
