[thelist] IE7 List Numbering Bug

I'm not sure if this will help anyone, but I just found a glaring bug in the
way IE renders ordered lists when widths are set. It took me forever to
figure out why my lists were breaking, so maybe this will save someone some
time:

I originally thought it was just an IE7 bug, but older version don't do well
either. Is this a known issue? MS doesn't seem to have a bug reporting
utility, so I guess this is the best I can do.
