Sorry, I know this is not really a 'constructive' post, but I had to
share; below, a snippet from a conversation with our companies Project
Manager regarding a very large project we have recently won...

Dawson Says...
"No problem, at least they have signed-off anyway on the initial! Once
you've finished the final proposal I'll get Jason to start working on
the affiliate networking".

Project Manager Says...
"Why don't you build it first and then I can write a spec based on
what you did?"


NOTE: He wasn't joking either.
