IN IE, If I did not put all the items in, I did get a pop up that stated
that I needed to add
all of these items.  I tried to do it with a blank page, and it did tell me
that I need to add
all of the info.  Also on your time zone, I think it would be better if you
put Pacific, East,
etc.  The only reason I knew mine was I know that I am GMT -8.

I believe that is what you are looking for??
