[thelist] Newsletter as HTML Email

Wouldn't it be so much easier to send out a simple text email with links to
a web site where the newsletter is a set of web pages??

No need to worry about HTML email (and the surrounding fears of SPAM and
hidden images, yadda, yadda). If you find a typo or error on the web site
newsletter, you make the simple correction and not worry about having to
resend a whole new HTML announcement.

The web site newsletter can provide info about RSS feeds, or anything else
for that matter. It might even link to say, other web sites, too. You
could even create a PDF of the web site newsletter and post it inside the
newsletter so folks could read all the content online, or download it as a
PDF to read offline at their leisure.
