More of a cut down
simple version?

Objecty supports Flash (not just SWF, it supports FLV
files directly),
QuickTime, MPEG-4, Windows Media, and Unity so far.

Objecty provides format-agnostic implementations of
features like "posters"
(images you click to dynamically load the content).
I'm working on
format-agnostic lightbox support now. Objecty also
normalizes parameter
names and values across formats whenever possible.

Objecty doesn't require that you know JavaScript. You
insert one line in
the <head> of your page, then use very simple <object>
tags as shown on the
examples page (you can View Source to see this in
action).

Objecty 1.0 will offer best-possible browser/OS
compatibility and
reliability, and adhere to best-practices
automatically. Even the alphas
aren't too bad in this respect.

Thanks,

-- Charles
