I'd say the problem is more where "business management" doesn't
*include* "IT" -- where there is no C-level technical person (CIO, CTO,
tech-savvy CFO) involved in the highest-level *strategic* company
decision-making process.

Whether that person is bean-counter-resistant is another issue :-)
