[thelist] Text editor recommendations

Hi all,

I'm looking for a text editor (Win32 - free or paid) that will do the following:
* autocomplete text *without* a keyboard shortcut (I'm talking all text in any file, not just a set of predefined functions or elements, or only in some file types - Jedit does this via the textcomplete plug-in, but the support for it is buggy (sometimes it fires, sometimes it doesn't - mostly it doesn't))
* support recording, editing, and running macro's
* have some kind of good snippet support
* has a good load of configurable keyboard shortcuts (I use the keyboard as much as possible and don't really use 'drag & drop')
* supports xhtml, css, js and php natively
* has multi-line search & replace
* supports searching across directories and subdirectories (not just within open files)

I've used jEdit for a couple of years, but am becoming disillusioned lately - plugins (for me) are buggy and often don't work, they have little or no documentation, and development on the editor as a whole seems to have stagnated.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for a worthy replacement? I'm definitely willing to invest time into learning the ins & outs of a new editor - I've tried Komodo, Homesite and Zend IDE, but they all fall short in at least one of the above areas.

Am I being too picky?

Thanks in advance,
Paul
