It is NOT "disagreeing" nor is it "just another opinion". It is simply: can
customers read and interact with the site to accomplish tasks?

A car with no tires does not perform well. Not an opinion. A fact that can
be proven.

Is there a situation where tiny fonts can be appropriate? I'm all ears. I
can think of none.
