Steven, it sounds like they are just putting their pre-existing PDFs of
their printed brochures up on the website as an extra freebie so that
people can download them if they want to. (I had to look up the word
'lagniappe'!)

That's not so bad, is it? I mean if they are there as a downloadable
extra, and are not required to make effective use of the website.
