[thelist] help importing WMV into Flash

I have a five minute music video in WMV format (320x240, 16-bit stereo audio, 24-bit video, 13MB total size) that I'd like to convert/import/munge into Flash for streaming on a website.

I have Flash MX. It pretends to import the file, but there's never any sound (yes, the 'Import Audio' checkbox is checked :)

Any tips on importing/streaming this thing?
