[thelist] DreamWeaver MX 8 & caching problems

Something that I forget to mention.  In the past, when I have this
issue, I have actually deleted the page from the web server.  I then
get a 404 error.  But, when I reupload the file, I continue to get the
404 error until I go into CF Admin or wait 10-15 minutes.
