[thelist] https and non-secure items

I'm having a problem on https pages where IE shows the prompt "this page 
contains both secure and non-secure items.... do you want to show the 
non-secure?"

all the non secure items appear to be the images of the template.


All of the images are pathed like <img src="/grafx/image.jpg" /> so it 
SHOULD take the https header (and yes, the images CAN be accessed via 
the https protocol).

any ideas what to look for?
