The static urls currently are formatted like - no real pattern:

Press_Releases_Resources.php
Press_Releases_PostScript.php
Release_RJE.php
etc..

The dynamic links would be:

Release.php?id=1
Release.php?id=55 
Release.php?id=80
etc..
