> 'Volters,
> At work I've been tasked to create some simple tutorials that we'll hopefully be putting on our intranet site. After doing a bit of research and testing a few simple(?) apps (Cam Studio, Camtasia Studio, etc.), I downloaded the 30-day trial of Adobe Captivate 3, and absolutey ADORE it!
> Does anyone happen to know of any open-source software that even comes close to all the bells and whistles/etc. that Captivate has? I realize that's probably a long-shot, but I remember hearing how well GIMP compared to previous versions of Adobe Photoshop, so I just thought I'd throw it out there and maybe get lucky.
> Thanks as always folks,

I've been using Camtasia (http://www.techsmith.com/camtasia.asp NOT
FREE) since this computer was still running on coal, but I heard that
Wink is good (http://www.debugmode.com/wink/). There is also an online
tool at http://www.screencast-o-matic.com/.
