[thelist] Simple CMS alike Wordpress instead of iWeb

As you are familiar with WordPress, I would suggest simply using that.
There are plugins available for having a site in multiple concurrent
languages, FYI.
I use WP to set up a friend's site, and he was very happy with it.
He's not tech-savvy much at all.
