What the ... I can honestly say I've never seen that before.  Then
again, I've never tried to run Plone on Windows either.  Have a look
at this instead, and if you get prompted for a user/pass, log in as
your "admin" or emergency user:

That's because you're not logged in as any user (see the Log In fields
at left), let alone as a Manager.

You could also try creating a user name/password here:
http://localhost/join_form

Well, let's see those errors!  I'm hopeful the above may help, but if
not, try posting the full page of errors at http://paste.plone.org and
give the URL here.  I can't promise that I'll be able to figure it
out, but I'll try.
