[thelist] jittering mouseover image

Hi All,
 
This mouseover was working perfectly yesterday in the development folder,
and now that the site is LIVE, there is a horrible jittering of the image in
all browsers.
Is there some stupid reason this is happening?
I can't figure what the problem is!

(If you notice the translated pages, for now they are google translations
until the real translations are done. I know they are bad!)
