If you have an Exchange environment, take a look at Vamsoft's ORF product. It's cheap, and the greylisting feature alone has eliminated about 95% of my spam. You can run it on your Edge or Hub transport (if you are using Ex2007) or your backend/mailbox server if you are running Ex2003.
