[thelist] PHP 64 bit

I have vista 64 bit and I have php installed and as far as I am aware, it is
the 32 bit version. Although looking at my install files I seem to have a 64
bit verion of php somehow. But I am sure that I installed the 32 bit verion,
if you would like I will serve the 64 bit version from my server for a small
while. It is as a zip file. And the download rate will probably be quite
slow, but its only about 14 megs in size.
