Very much worth noting: http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D92QMVKO0.htm Target settles a class action under Title III of ADA with the National Federation of the Blind for having an inaccessible site; in particular for having links that screenreaders couldn't understand. Now this isn't the same as winning in court (no firm precedent etc), but it's good news for those of us who have been impressing accessibility on clients (in my case, for nearly 10 years....).
