Not sure if this helps, but it looks fine in IE 6.0.0029 on my home XP machine (it looks the same as it does in Firefox 2 on the same machine).

On whatever browser I check, the home page of
http://ingatheringmusic.com/ looks good, yet there is a report from a
band member that the text is "all over the place" on "my computer at
work."

I can't reproduce this but my guess is that the issue is occurring on
a Windows XP machine with IE6. I have seen this in some offices and
IIRC it's even more buggy than usual.

Anyhow, can anyone see what might be wrong here? Most elements are
fixed points and fonts so on your basic standard PC it should be hard
to make this page look 'wrong.' I certainly can't manage to do so.
