The AVG,

As long as you have the new AVG8.0 then you can do this..so they say.

With Internet Explorer open go to the upper right of your screen and right
mouse click on TOOLS and select MANAGE ADD-ONS, then click on ENABLE OR
DISABLE ADD-ONS.

Step2

Disable Toolbar A window will open with all of the add-ons you've got
enabled in Internet Explorer, find and click on AVG Toolbar and then select
DISABLE.

Step3
Finally, hit OK and that's all there is to it!
I would re-start your machine to make the changes.
