I agree with everyone, But also, from my experience, try selling everything
you can on the home page? why not... under the line "Well what can we do for
you? " you place a similar form from the contact link.  that would give your
visitors a chance to give you their needs right away, then later if they
want to know more about you well they'll move to another page.

I also think the blue footer is not a good idea try placing a plane blue
background and write all the info.  This will give google a chance to read
more info on  your site.
