[thelist] IE7 XP differs from IE7 Vista

Thanks Graham for asking the list.   For every query, there are more
lurkers with similar problem. Or unaware that there is such a problem
that we should take care of.  It's not just you.  I'm sure many of us
are learning in this thread.
