[thelist] List of open proxies

Hi all,

We are looking to fetch a list of open proxies, probably daily, with the intention of not allowing messages originating from these through our system. I can't seem to find any list that's even close to authoritative, and certainly nothing in plain text format.

Has anybody dealt with this issue before and, if so, what did you do?
