[thelist] Server .xhtml pages from IIS 7

Hello Thelist,

  How do you set IIS 7 to server .xhtml pages

I'm in a local test enviroment using 	http://localhost:90/ok-cancel.xhtml
gives error
HTTP Error 404.3 - Not Found
The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the extension configuration. If the page is a script, add a handler. If the file should be downloaded, add a MIME map.

iF I change file name to ok-cancel.html page opens fine
