[thelist] LAN connection quesry

One of my customers has a router (I don't know what make) for their LAN and
they are experiencing sporadic connection difficulties to cPanel on my
production server. They can connect for a while, then they get locked out,
but can still access the associated website. They have a dynamic IP address
for their internet connection, and use ESET for antivirus. I know the
website / cPanel are working, as I can access them at these times.

Any ideas?
