You don't say if you have a preferred country to host in.  Try
LayeredTech if you want one in the US.  We have a Reseller account
through someone who uses their data centres and it has never missed a
beat.

I'm looking for a Windows web host. The host should be reliable with
good support for a moderate cost (< $100/month). .NET framework 3.5 and
SQL Server 2008 preferred (though SQL Server 2005 ok).

Has anyone worked with Arvixe or Aplus.net? If so, would you recommend
them? Why?
