1) Open My Computer (Windows PC)
2) Click View --> Toolbar --> Address Bar
3) In the address bar enter: ftp:$account%40$domain:$password@$domain (replacing $variables)
4) Drag/Drop to heart's content!

This now works perfectly, is a perfect solution for technically illiterate family who can't even spell Linux.  -Thx, Bob
