I'm just trying to fix it, not improve it. I'm not looking to make a
repeat of the last thread.

You mean clean the HTML form?

If the values aren't explicitly being set, you can't. That's the
user's browser putting them in there. You can try setting the value to
="", but other than that, you'll either need magic or more knowledge
than I've got. Or both.
