On my CMS websites I have a banner advertising mechanism that collects 
impressions and clicks - works fine.  Client is getting advertising 
requests - even better.

Can anyone recommend reliable marketing/advertising sources for 
obtaining general banner advertising rates, cost per click, per 
impression, etc?  Or does this beast not exist and you're stuck with 
making phone calls and unofficial probes to various sites? 

I s'pose there is Google Adwords for comparison.
