[thelist] Turn a pdf into a website?

Actually Joel, this client of mine throws me other business on a regular
basis, so I don't have a problem doing this for him. His other sites are
reasonably attractive and he recommends me to other clients as well.
But I know what you mean about the cheapest potential clients, I usually say
I am "too busy".

After echoing others' comments on "cheapest", you could make the *content*
of the PDF into a squeeze page, single page site, whatever you wanna call
it. No reason it has to STAY a PDF, is there?

Unless by "cheapest" they really mean CHEAPEST, in which case, I'd skip the
job entirely, 'cause nothing you do is going to please them. Folks looking
for cheap are often secretly looking for amazing, too, and guess who they
blame when you don't deliver it?
